    It all begins with passion. Mark Walker, British Kickboxing Champion and founder of The MAW Studios, blends over a decade of martial arts experience with a deep focus on holistic training. His mission is to help others discover strength, growth, and safety through authentic martial arts.

    It all begins with flow. Valeria Luzzi integrates her nursing background and Yoga Alliance certification into her dynamic Vinyasa practice. Her classes at The MAW Studios are designed to foster mindfulness, resilience, and strength, ensuring that each individual finds a safe and empowering space for growth.

    It all begins with breath. Sam is a specialist in breath work and meditation, fusing ancient techniques with modern approaches. At The MAW Studios, Sam helps clients find balance, focus, and mental clarity, ensuring holistic wellness that complements both physical and emotional health.

Sofia Furlan, a certified Personal Trainer and competitive boxer, combines strength training with high-intensity cardio to create dynamic fitness programs at The MAW Studios. Sofia’s classes help participants of all levels build endurance, confidence, and mental toughness.

    Steph combines her expertise in art therapy with the meditative practice of embroidery to promote mindfulness and connection. Leading 'Thread Heads' workshops on Wednesday evenings, she creates a supportive space for creativity and relaxation. With a passion for mental well-being, Steph helps participants find calm and accomplishment through every stitch.

    It all begins with performance. Juran, a dedicated fitness coach, specialises in functional training designed to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. At The MAW Studios, Juran’s programs challenge and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals, fostering a strong foundation for long-term well-being.

    It all begins with inspiration. A seasoned Martial Artist in Jeet Kune Do, I integrate boxing, kickboxing (Dutch, Thai, traditional),  Kali, grappling,  strength and conditioning. My approach is rooted in experimentation, reductionism, and holistic development. Alongside my martial arts journey, I document and share stories that reflect a wide range of expression through filmmaking.

    It all begins with passion. Oriance Lungu, a professional athlete and fitness instructor, delivers high-energy, results-driven workouts at The MAW Studios. Her classes focus on improving athletic performance and building confidence, helping clients reach new levels of strength and endurance.

    A seasoned professional with both amateur and pro boxing experience, Haidar Sadiq brings depth, resilience, and a commitment to excellence to The MAW Studios. His classes, from Boxing Essentials to Resilience Through Boxing, blend technical instruction with mental conditioning, fostering growth in both skill and character.
