Over 50s Boxing & Fitness combines low-impact boxing techniques with functional fitness exercises, targeting mobility, strength, balance, and overall health. Each session is personalised to individual fitness levels.

What is the class about?

What happens (how long is the class)?
A 45-minute session with a gentle warm-up, followed by low-impact boxing drills and functional fitness exercises. The class concludes with stretching to aid recovery.
