What would happen (how long):
A 60-minute session that begins with grounding breathwork, followed by flowing sequences of postures. The pace and intensity increase through the session, with modifications offered for all levels. The class concludes with a cool-down and guided relaxation.

    • Yoga Mat – While mats may be available, bringing your own ensures comfort and hygiene.

    • Water Bottle – Hydration is essential, especially during dynamic Vinyasa practice.

    • Comfortable Clothing – Wear breathable, flexible clothes that allow for ease of movement.

    • Towel – For wiping off sweat or to use as additional support during certain poses.

    • Yoga Blocks or Straps (Optional) – If you have these at home, they can enhance your practice, though some may be provided if used in session

  • Yes! Your first class is free so you can experience without any commitment.
    After that, you can decide whether to drop in or choose a membership.
