Course Outline

Day 1 - 1-2-1 Session 50 mins (Personalised)

  • Setting personal intentions for learning meditation.

  • Reviewing your personal history and any contraindications.

  • Exploring your current relationship and understanding of meditation.

  • Introducing meditation as a practice as well as an approach to life.

  • Learning the benefits and the essential steps: where, when, and how to meditate.

  • Guided meditation tailored to your needs.

  • Sharing experiences, addressing questions, and setting up home practice.

Day 2 - Group Session

  • Discussing the benefits and challenges of meditation.

  • Reinforcing the essential principles and how to meditate.

  • Techniques to integrate meditation into daily life.

  • Grounding techniques and nasal breathing (Pranayama).

  • Group guided meditation followed by sharing, questions, and discussion on home practice.

Day 3 - Group Session

  • Reviewing your home practice: wins, challenges, and refining your approach.

  • Deepening your understanding of meditation techniques.

  • Further exploration of Pranayama (breath control techniques).

  • Self-led meditation to build confidence in solo practice.

  • Sharing insights and practical tips for maintaining a sustainable practice.

Tips & Life Hacks: Explore tips and hacks to seamlessly incorporate meditation into your everyday life for lasting impact.

Dates & Timings

  • Course Duration: 6 hours in total, including 50 mins of 1-2-1 guidance and 5 hours in group sessions.

  • Dates:

    • 1-2-1 Session: Friday, 15th November, between 7 am and 7 pm (50 mins, individual session).

    • Group Sessions:

      • Saturday, 16th November: 3 pm - 5:30 pm

      • Sunday, 17th November: 3 pm - 5:30 pm
